How am I supposed to get 450m (UK version) on it?!

That's about 1500 feet.

I want the Paper Mario trophy.

power your swing up let one or two fly by then let it rip, dont know if this will work though

To send the bag flying a good distance you must weaken the sandbag first. I use Yoshi's down A move in the air to raise the sandbag's damage high and then before time runs out I use the home-run bat. I've gotton around 1,800 ft. with Yoshi.

I did it! Yay!

I used the Ice Climbers. Got 454.3m! Then I got 685.3m with Ganondorf!

Why does everyone say Yoshi in home run king. Ganondorf is the only one capable of hitting the bag 10000 ft +. If you don't believe, watch this video.
