to get shining pokemon,u need to hav alrdy encountered once be4,u cant get mew or celebi,unless u trade or gameshark,to clone,go to the pc,save ur game,deposit ur pokemon change the box and wen it says saving dunt turn off the power,turn it off and u will the pokemon u cloned in ur party and box.and thats it.

Pichu's can become stronger then Picachu's if you breed the picachu with a ditto then train it to level 50 with out it evolveing.

all i can think of at the moment

Interesting Theory there Gold... Anyways, letting you know that the Cloning Pokémon cheat only works in Pokemon Gold/ Silver and Crystal.
