Does anyone know where I can get a Sig or Avatar Maker? I really could use one so I can make some Sigs or Avatars.

Just get them off of KaZaA. You can also get the 3D program Cinema 4D XL. It has a good interface.

Virus Warez are illegal and CANNOT be discussed on CD.
Best bet is to go and buy your programs. Or for a free program try out The Gimp at www.gimp.org

I my self use PSP6, thats until I get PS7

Anyways dude, try starting off with something like PSP to get the feel for GFX and stuff then if u find it very interesting and want to develop more complex images upgrade to Photoshop, itz pretty much the best and most popular GFX program out there ^_^
