how do i get an umbrun on the pokemon silver version :nova:

You mean Umbreon?

First get an Eevee. Train it and have it become very attached to you. Simple ways to do this is... Give it Calciums, etc. Have it rarely(if possible, never) faint, have it in your party, battle with it regularly. After a few levels, it should become very friendly/ attached to you. Now wait until night falls, then train it a bit. Hopefully, it will evolve into an Umbreon. If you would like an Espeon, have it evolve during the morning or day.
