Use the "Word of Mouth" hiring option until all slots are filled. Then, get the best possible hiring available. When you hire someone and are told that you must fire someone, fire anyone and you will not have to pay anything. Use an Employee Infinite times
When choosing Genre and Type, get to the point in which you pick an employee. Press BACK and then choose OK on the Game Direction screen. Now you'll be allowed to pick an employee again, but there's no PREV symbol anymore. This means you can use the employee an infinite amount of times in a given job. | Achievement | How to unlock
