After you go down the first windy hill, you will see a barrel. Set it on fire then throw a beer bottle at it. The barrel should explode. You should see a tunnel appear. Go in it and to your right you should see a man upside down with his gun below him. There is also an artifact that you can unlock by setting all the poles on fire.
