Mini Pauline: Collect all the trophies and M-Tokens in every level.
Mini Princess: Create and complete 49 levels in the Construction Zone.S
Mini Toad: Create and submit a level for Nintendo's Challenge Mode contest.

• Expert levels

Accumulate the indicated number of trophies by beating the goal score in a level to unlock the corresponding special level in the "X" tab of the level selection screen.

X-1: 10 trophies
X-2: 20 trophies
X-3: 30 trophies
X-4: 40 trophies
X-5: 50 trophies
X-6: 60 trophies
X-7: 70 trophies
X-8: 80 trophies
X-9: 90 trophies
X-10: 100 trophies

• Plus mode

Successfully complete the game.

• Sound Test option

Successfully complete Normal mode to unlock the "Sound Test" option under the "Options" menu at the title screen.

• Special levels

Accumulate the indicated number of M-Tokens to unlock the corresponding special level in the "S" tab of the level selection screen.
