Complete the indicated task to have the corresponding star appear at the title screen.
Blue Star: Complete all Program Advances.
Green Star: Defeat all the Net Navis, including the secret Navis.
Red Star: Collect all Battle Chips.
Yellow Star: Complete the game. Press Up, X, Left, Y, Right, A, Down, B when "Press Start Button" appears at the title screen. Play as Shooting Star Rockman
Successfully complete the Shooting Star Rockman/ClockMan.EXE scenario. Subaru Hoshikawa will give you the "Shooting Star Data" and you can now switch between Rockman EXE and Shooting Star Rockman at the "Rockman" menu. Complete the Crossover scenario. Shooting Star Rockman/ClockMan.EXE scenario
Successfully complete the ElecMan.EXE scenario.
