Bunny Girl: Complete Chapter 4.
Stage/Rocker Costume: Complete Chapter 8.
Swimsuits: Complete Chapter 11.
Nurse Outfit: Collect all the Mikuru Wiimote Voices.
Cheergirl: Complete Chapter 7.
Bunny Girl (alternate colors): Play through the game a second time.
Swimsuits (animal ears): Play through the game a second time.
School Festival Waitress/Maid: Get an "S" rank on all stages in Story mode.

Successfully complete the indicated chapter to unlock the corresponding song in the BGM player as well as Free mode.

Chapter 3: Yuki, Muon, Madobe Nite.
Chapter 4: Mirakuru Anko-ru.
Chapter 5: Greed's Accident.
Chapter 6: Saikyou Pare Pare-do.
Chapter 7: Guuzen Miman ha Misenaide.
Chapter 8: Hare Hare Yukai.
Chapter 9: Be Be Beat!! ending theme.
Chapter 10: Hare Hare Yukai TV version.

• Chapters 11 and 12

Have over 300,000 points at the end of Chapter 10 in Story mode.

• Haruhi Wiimote voice

Haruhi's voice clips (twenty total) are unlocked randomly in Fortune Teller mode. Note: You can only access your fortune once per playthrough.

• Mikuru or Yuki in Fortune Teller mode

Start Fortune Teller mode. When Haruhi's crystal ball starts to get hazy, set the Wiimote voice to Mikuru or Yuki then press 1 and 2 buttons to activate the voices before the screen turns white. The corresponding girl will take Haruhi's place, and you will unlock either the cell phone for Mikuru or the frog hat for Yuki.

• Miscellaneous Unlockables

Finishing the game will unlock various bonus features and tracks.
