Note: Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "Parameter File - Promotion" file in the "\EA Sports\FIFA MANAGER 09\fmdata" directory. Change the values from:

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "car.txt" file in the "\EA Sports\FIFA MANAGER 09\user\objects" directory. Search for the line:

Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, 15000, i30.bmp , 2008
and replace it with:

Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, Hyundai i30, -1000000000, i30.bmp, 2008

Start the game, then select "Career", then "Private Sector", then "Cars And Houses". Purchase the Hyundai i30 to add $1 billion to your account, which then can be donated to the association.

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "house.txt" file in the "\EA Sports\FIFA MANAGER 09\user\objects" directory. Change the last line to:
Palace,Palais,Schloss,Palacio,Palazzo,Palac,-1200000000,palace.bmp,2005

When you buy the Palace you will be given about $960 million into your personal wallet. Donate money to your club's account at player career.

Before you begin a match, press [F9] to quick save the game. If you lose the match, exit without saving. You can then try the match again until you win.
