After entering the workout room, type "ASCOT BACKDROP" to enable debug mode and exit the room. Re-enter the workout room. Now you only have to do five repetitions on each machine to complete the workout. After the cutscene, exit the workout room and type "ASCOT BACKDROP" again to disable debug mode. To cross the river unscathed, press [Esc] at the last moment. To skip quiz questions, press [Alt] + [Ctrl] + X.
