On the second level go to the basket ball court.kill the bad guys then stand facing the hoop climb up the building on your left.pick up the ball jump down and aim for the hoop it takes a long time to get it in but it dose work.if you get it in then a medi-pack will fall down and spidy will say 'nothin but net'.

Do nothing except throw the serums at the Lizard on the hard difficulty setting.

When fighting THE LIZARD in hard, you have the powers 1,stealth 2,invulnerability @ 3, unlimited webbing. When fighting lizard you go into the second room, go right of the door way and climb up the wall ( don't jump ) and when lizard comes up web him a bit and he will bite you down. He should be 45 degrees of the ground, and unable to throw you. If you zipline, lizard is back to normal.

• Negative Zone Spider-Man costume

Play the level where you have to collect all the keys so that the bomb will not explode on the normal difficulty setting.
Note: This also may work on the hard or easy difficulty setting, but will not under kid mode. Collect all four keys and put them into the bomb in the order in which you found the keys. The clock must also show more than 3 minutes remaining.
