• Neat & tidy

When your hospital is full or dirty just save the game. Then reload it . By doing this, there will be no people or rubbish in your hospital.

• No More Rats

If there are rats in your hospital, just put a plant in front of the hole.

• Skip Level

On the fax screen put in 24328 into the phone numeric keypad to access the cheat mode. Typing in 7287 will also take you to a special rat-shooting level after you've completed your currant level.
