If you are in a helicopter, you can destroy it. Once the smoke is gone you can see that it is now a jump. Land the helicopter and call for a civilian street racer. Back it up and burn out for extra speed. Go all the way and launch off the bridge. Note: While shooting at the bridge you may lose money or faction points for blowing up a civilian car.After verifying all the cards (number cards, face cards, and aces) from the Deck of 52, a Cheat Crate will be unlocked. It contains three different super-powered weapons and the Portable Air Strike.NK Gunship - East of Changsong Train station there is an eliptical road. Head east from it and a small airbase can be found with several gunships and SAM carriers. Coaxial Gunship - This is a unique chopper that can only be found during the second Russian mission while verifying the Spades. The temple northwest of the Industrial Zone has the chopper, along with one of the mission's objectives.
UH60 Transport - Northeast of the DMZ. This chopper becomes available after the Ace Of Clubs contract is resolved successfully. LHX Chopper - Inchon. This chopper is available after the South Korean mission involving the missile trucks at Inchon is resolved successfully. WZ81 Chopper - Pyongyang Airport. This chopper is available after the Chinese mission involving Nampo is resolved successfully.After enabling the "All shop items" code, select the cheat weapons from the supply drop menu. After it is delivered, bash the crate and select the Portable Air Strike weapon. Find an Allied Vehicle and lock onto it. Find something to drive your flaming car into (gates, towers, enemies, cars, etc.). Press L1 to jump out of the car while it is moving. Wait until it explodes from the flames, then detonate the C4.You can do this two ways. Enable the "Unlimited health" code and shoot the vehicle until it starts to burn. Jump in and drive off. Alternately, get into the car and drive it into something until its health gets under 20. As soon as this happens, press Select and enable the "Unlimited health" code. Note: this trick does not work on helicopters. They will only bounce around on the ground when you try to take off.At any time if your relations with the Russian Mob are not at the maximum, just steal the $ marked Mafia truck that's right next to the Mafia Chop Shop Garages in both of the cities and drive it into their garage.While it doesn't give you money like other vehicles because it's one of their own cars, you still get the respect bonus, so you can just quickly repeat the process to quickly raise your mafia relations.You can glitch the beacon timer by purchasing the same item in the Merchant of Menace shop once the first beacon is deployed (this assumes you have access to that same item in the Mafia shop). Just beware that the maximum number of shop choppers delivering supplies is one; however, this glitch allows you to call in one chopper right after the previous with little delay.Get any helicopter and lower the winch and put it on a car (civilian cars recommended). You can fly it almost anywhere, toss it in the water, or crash it into a building.Choose a mission. Park a damaged vehicle in the base where the mission is located, accept the contract, then immediately cancel it. Select 'No' at the 'Retry' menu. Your vehicle will be repaired with full ammunition at no cost.Go to the weapon drop or car drop screen and choose what you want as long as you have enough money then exit and throw the flair but before it hits the ground hurry and go back to the wepon drop or car drop screen and choose somthing else and it won't charge you for the first item this can be you used as much as you like.At any time during the game when you have a vehicle that needs repairing or more ammo you can get both for free by doing a mission and canceling the contract. All you need to do is park the vehicle in the base where the mission is, accept the contract, and then cancel the contract. You’ll get the retry screen, select no, and then your vehicle is fully repaired and rearmed without losing money. You can then do the same mission at a later time.In the second province, find Sinuiji Harbor. One of the buildings in the far left has seven explosive barrels all stacked. Not too far from them are a lot more explosives. Kick as much as you can to the original stack and shoot it to make a huge explosion.Walk up to any civilian and step in front of them. Once you do this enough times, they will get mad. Tap R1 and they will rob you of a few thousand dollars for getting in their way. This tactic also works if you tap L1 or if you do it do a soldier.After you capture or kill the Ace of Hearts Chul Kang, look at the news briefs scrolling across the bottom of the screen during the news broadcast. It will eventually say "Tokyo, Japan: Scientists investigate huge, mysterious footprints that have appeared along the coasts."

Go to their car garage. Hijack a bus or a car (recommended). If you get a bus, drive it carefully so that it barely is in the opening of the garage. Do not go in too far or it will not let you get out. If you get a car, back up enough that you could drive and bail out, but position it so that your car will stop in the doorway and not go all the way in. Regardless of what you do, the garage door will shut and close on your car, but not close all the way. It is much easier to do this with the bus, because then you can just drive your cars into the doorway, then bail out, and they will slide in. You can use any size of vehicle. For the Prototype Rifle and Anti-Armor Rifle, you must have at least 40 Blueprints. To get the Street Sweeper, Pocket Artillery, and Portable Airstrike, you must complete the game. The Anti-Armor Rifle is a super-powered sniper rifle. The Prototype Rifle is accurate, moderately powerful, has a scope, and has up to 300 shots. The Street Sweeper has up to 6,000 rounds and is as powerful as the MD-530 machine gun. Pocket Artillery is a SMG-sized grenade launcher. The Portable Airstrike is the size of an anti-tank gun and has hundreds of missiles that lock on to all military vehicles.When low on ammo, mount a turret in a vehicle and your ammo will be repelinished.When you are low on Health or Ammo during free roaming mode, go to any faction headquarters and talk to the guard. After you listen to the mission briefing, walk out of the door instead of accepting the mission will fill your health and ammo back up.You can ride in a helicopter such as a UH 60 or any other helicopter that has guns that you can man. First, get a UH 60 then get about three South Korean ROKA soldiers. These are the only ones that will fly the helicopter. Get them all in the helicopter then fly to some enemies. Get out and get on a gun. Usually one of the soldiers will get in and fly the helicopter. You can now ride and shoot down on the enemies. Note: Once in the air you will not be able to get out unless your helicopter is shot downm or you somehow land and hit the ground. Also, this only works in the North province.Go to the Russian Mafia HQ. Go south until you come to the next building (It has a pink neon light across the roof). You should see a rusty door. Take a car and drive up to it for it to open. The helicopter should fly away while you are on the helicopter cable!When you do the Mafia mission "Playing The Odds", you will walk into Mafia HQ and hear Sergei and Josef talking. Eventually Sergei will mention Marlon Brando and the Godfather movie.If you hijack a jamming vehicle such as the K200 Surveillance or the NK Control and sell it to the Russian Mafia chop shop garage, it will cause the entire map to become permanently jammed until you load a new game.Go to the factions screen in your PDA (subscreen), and enter Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right.At the PDA factions screen, press right(2), left(2), up(2), down(2), up, right, left, down(2), left, right, up, down(2), up(2), left(2), right(2) to unlock all of the rewards. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a click.If you put on a different skin you cannot see your weapons. If you set a C4, you can see that your weapons are sticking out of you leg and into the ground. Note: You may not be able to see your weapon if it is small.This is an incredibly powerful helicopter gunship that is armed with rapid-fire 30mm cannon (grenade launcher), anti-air missiles, anti-tank missiles, and dumb-fire rockets. You must have an anti-armor rifle and a RPG or anti tank rocket. Grenades work somewhat, but are not recommended. You cannot use an anti air. Find one flying (try the North Korean Allied MASH, when you complete the second ACE contract you will "unlock" this). Once you are there, find a YAH-56 Gunship with the binoculars. Then, go to it and make sure it is over flat land. Take out your RPG or your anti tank rocket and shoot above it. It will fly down slightly. Then, take out your anti armor rifle and shoot the pilot (located the back seat of the helicopter). If you cannot see him through the glass, shoot under the cockpit. Once he is dead, you will have about $25, 000 depleted and your helicopter should land on the ground safely. Try again if it falls on its side or something else happens. Do not be afraid of the tail rotor. If it is half way in a rock, it does not effect it. Note : This strategy can be used with any helicopter.
