NFL Head Coach Cheats

To allow your WR and QBs to have high numbers on game day, run either the 1 vs. 1 WR/DB Con or Pass Skeleton Con drill as your last practice before game day. This will allow your WRs and QBs number to almost be their best for a game, and allows no time for them to drop before a game.

Enter Red Nose as a coach name.

The owner will give you a goal to be in the top eight for fewest sacks. However, during the season every time you give up a sack it counts double. For example, getting sacked twice in one game counts as four.

Enter John Madden as a coach name.

In the draft in the first year there is a player named Chris Craig. He will probably be an overall of 79 and the other teams will not draft him until the fifth or sixth round.

When starting a new season, try to interview for the Texans so that in the first year's draft you can choose Reggie Bush.

When choosing a franchise, interview with the Atlanta Falcons. When you get the job, trade Michael Vick and your first and second round draft picks to the New Orleans Saints for their first round pick. Select Vince Young with the second pick. During your first year, Vince will not be as good (probably as a 79 rating). However, work with him in the offseason. In the second year he will be spectacular, and at the end of the season he will be near or at a 99 rating overall. He will lead you to the playoffs. He will become a star and help you through many seasons, which will improve your coaching status.

There are two sleepers to watch out for in the 2006 NFL Draft. Troy McCoy is a very intelligent MLB. Few teams took the time to watch McCoy during his pro day workouts, and they really missed out. Along with his intelligence he possess decent speed and strength. He has above average tackling and is great in zone coverage. McCoy's downside is that he is injury prone. This sleeper will be around late in the fourth round, but do not expect him to be available after that. The left end, Chris Craig, is big at 287 pounds with exceptional speed at that size. He shows good awareness, which will only improve with experience. He has the strength to get by the offensive line, and is an outstanding tackler. A lot of teams do not have Craig rated high on their boards, so he will be around in the third round, even though he should go in the first.

The best sleeper in the 2006 NFL Draft is Claude Wroten, the DT. He will start off as a 68 overall but at the beginning of the season will be at least a 77 overall, and when he is really doing a good job he can go to a 90 overall. Chris Craig and Troy McCoy are also two great sleepers. In the 2006 Draft Troy McCoy will do better off for you than D'Qwell Jackson ever would. If your team needs a MLB then wait till the fifth or sixth round to get Troy McCoy. Chris Craig will go as far as the sixth round and no later. Claude Wroten goes into the fifth round but try to get him in the fourth round.

Enter Merry Christmas as a coach name.

Enter Hometown Hero as a coach name.
