Successfully complete Story mode in Twisted Metal: Lost under the required difficulty setting to unlock the following bonuses for the Twisted Metal: Lost portion of the game. 12-Pac, Gold Tooth, and the Port Of Death are not selectable in the Twisted Metal: Head On portion of the game.

12-Pac: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.
Gold Tooth: Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard difficulty setting.
Port Of Death: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting. This level is not playable in Story mode.

• Dark Past documentary: Hidden message

You will see numbers flash on the screen at various points during the "Dark Past" documentary. The numbers are decoded by assigning them a letter, with "A" being "1" through "Z" being "26".

The first set of numbers translates to "TWISTED", followed by...
Time index 10:30: 13 05 20 01 12 which translates to "METAL".
Time index 13:00: 09 19 which translates to "IS".
Time index 17:15: 03 15 13 09 14 07 which translates to "COMING".
Time index 18:50: 15 14 which translates to "ON".
Time index 26:00: 16 19 20 08 18 05 05 which translates to "PSTHREE".
The complete message is "TWISTED METAL IS COMING ON PSTHREE".

• Greece Deathmatch level

Sucessfully complete the Greece mini-game in Story mode.

• Paris Deathmatch level

Sucessfully complete the Paris mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Axel

Successfully complete the Russia mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Cousin Eddy and ATV

Successfully complete the L.A./Cousin Eddy mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Crimson Fury

Successfully complete the Monaco mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Dark Tooth

Successfully complete story mode in single player mode.

• Play as Hammerhead

Successfully complete the Tokyo Rooftop mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Mr. Slam

Successfully complete the L.A. mini-game in Story mode.

• Play as Tower Tooth

Successfully complete Story mode in Single player mode with five different characters. This will unlock Tower Tooth in Deathmatch mode (Rome level only) and the Tower Tooth Challenge level.

• Roman Ruins Deathmatch level

Sucessfully complete the Roman Ruins mini-game in Story mode.

• Tokyo Deathmatch level

Sucessfully complete the Tokyo Streets mini-game in Story mode.

• Transylvania Deathmatch level

Sucessfully complete the Transylvania mini-game in Story mode.

• Transylvania level

Successfully complete Transylvania in Story mode.

• Twisted Metal: Head On and Twisted Metal: Lost: Infinite Weapons

Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and quickly press Triangle(2), Down(2) during game play.

• Twisted Metal: Head On and Twisted Metal: Lost: Invulnerable

Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and quickly press Right, Left, Down, Up.

• Twisted Metal: Head On and Twisted Metal: Lost: Killer Weapons

Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and quickly press X(2), Up(2) during game play.

• Twisted Metal: Head On and Twisted Metal: Lost: Mega Guns

Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and quickly press X, Triangle, X, Triangle during game play.

• Twisted Metal: Head On: Radial Blast

Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 and quickly press Left(2), Up, Down, Left, Right during game play.

• Twisted Metal: Head On: Tower Tooth Challenge

Successfully complete Story mode with five characters. Note: Tower Tooth is only playble in Rome Death Match in Challenge mode (against pre-selected opponents) or Vs mode.

• Twisted Metal: Head On: Trade Weapons for health
