• Bonus weapons

Successfully complete the game on the Medium difficulty setting to unlock the Reaper and Splitter. The Reaper is found near the beginning of the first level when you start a new game. The Splitter fires a salvo of large rockets. The secondary fire splits each rocket into a wall of mini-rockets. It is similar to the R.Y.N.O. from the original Ratchet And Clank.

• Decoded messages

There is a Morse Code message on the pause menu in each level as well as from messages from some of the dead MIBs (Men In Black). The following is a list of the decoded messages, which give you some insight into who the MIBs are and their goals:

• Defeating Crawler Pods

If you see a cluster of Crawler Pods, get out the Sapper and cover them with Sapper Mines, then approach. When the Pods hatch, the mines will explode instantly killing all the crawlers. If there are any survivors, force them to go through a narrow choke point (like a door) and shoot them with a gun like the M5A2 Carbine.

Break Chimeran Box in level 30.

• Easy kills

Use the shotgun with the double barrel shot, then quickly take the L23 Fareye and shoot the head. This works best against tall targets.

Shoot a Chimera in the crotch to deal extra damage.

When going after Crawler Pods, put one Sapper Mine in the middle of the pods. Use the alternate fire on the gun and it will blow most, if not all, of them up.

To kill Cray Jacks, use the shotgun.

To kill Hardfangs, use grenades.

To kill Howlers, the shotgun works well, but circle around them because it takes a few shots to kill them.

To kill Hybrids (and Advanced Hybrids), shoot off the tubes coming from the cooling unit on their back and into their arms. This may be difficult, but they die much quicker this way.

To kill Leapers and Rollers, shoot at them with the Arc Charger, then use its Ion Burst.

To kill Menials, hit them with your gun. This will kill them quickly and you do not have to waste bullets.

To kill Slip Skulls, use the Bullseye Tag and hit them. After that, keep shooting.

To kill Steel Heads, shoot them in the head a few times.

To kill Titans, tag them on the head with the Bullseye and keep shooting.

To kill Titans easily, get behind it. Take out your shotgun and shoot at the wires on its back. When you are behind it, it cannot see you. You can kill it without getting hurt.

To kill Widowmakers, tag them with the Bullseye, then find some cover and just keep shooting.

To kill Angels, use the same strategy as with the Widowmaker, but you must keep moving because they throw a spear-like weapon at you that creates harmful gas.

• Evacuation: Fall through the ground

Play the Evacuation level in Co-op mode. When you go outside, kill the Titan and all enemies. Go to the platform that takes you to the next part of the level. Once you have activated the switch, wait until you get high enough to jump down and kill yourself. Jump below that platform. The platform will come down and squeeze you through the ground. You will fall until you have respawned back in 30 seconds.

• Evacuation: Fight enemies again

Once you have cleared the underground hanger and take lift to the top, get to the checkpoint and kill yourself. After respawning, make your way back to the elevator shaft. Try to jump and slide down the treads of the lift. If you survive the fall, all the enemy Chimera except for the Titan will have respawned. To escape, use the elevator to go back up.

• Evacuation: Getting on top of the elevator

In the Bristol mission "Evacuation", when you get in the elevator that takes you to the underground hanger, flip the switch. As the elevator begins to descend, run and jump at the switch. This may require a few attempts. If done correctly, you will now be on top of the elevator. When you want to get down, simply jump into the big hole in the center of the top of the elevator.

At the part when ur being attacked by chimera in front of the mansion and you go to the side where there are the street barriers and you go to the far left side of them theres is a corner that has a little hole blocked by tires and you can jump on the tires and croutch and move forward but stay croutched and jump while croutched and eventually you will squezze through.

At the part when your fighting chimera in front of the mansion if you look to ur left there is a destroyed building if you go to the far left corner of the building the is a stud in the corner that ticks out and if you go to the right side of it and you jump and croutch while your moving foreward you will get into it.

• Hidden cinematic

Successfully complete Campaign mode on any difficulty setting. Then, select "Options" at the main menu and go to "Cinematics". Look for the last movie in the list called "Stranger Than Fission". This is a humorous outtake featuring the scene from the last battle in the game.

• Hidden weapon: air fuel grenade

On the level before secrets (the one were you first meet the enemy whitch runs on walls and shoots a red ball thing (the one whith the diner room with the small scorpian things and the worm thing ( you will know because in the tunnel there is eggs whith more scopians in them) were you meet them for the first time kill them then take the first door on the right you will see a tunnel whitch leads to another room where there is a second tunnel go through and take a right bingo there it is next to some intel

While running in any direction in the Human skin, quickly tap L2 to sprint. When running, the reticule will disappear.

• Hybrid cooling apparatus deactivation

• Rooftops:out of level glitch

This works on multiplayer and online

If you walk past the subway and face the big door and look to your left there is a bush and if you croutch and go into the bush you can get behind the patch and walk through the door into a hidden room and a big place outside of the level.

Note: it may take a while cause it is a suicide glitch it will usuallly kill you but you can get in.

• Thames: Block any progress

In the area where you see the first Titan, after it kills the soldiers and before it shoots the door open, throw a Backlash Grenade to deflect the shot. The door will remain unopened; however the Titan will run towards the door but cannot get through. You can still kill it, however the door will never open and you will have to quit to the main menu and continue from where you last saved.

• Thames: Invisibility and invincibility

Play in Co-op mode. In the last area of Thames when you get the tank, take it through to large snow pile before you lose it. Leave one player in the tank and have the other player out of range of the Steelheads and the Titan. Let them destroy the tank and allow the person to respawn. They will be invisible and unnoticed by enemies. You cannot die unless you jump over an edge. This glitch only works until the end of the level.

• Tip: getting into glitches

When confronted witrha glitch it helps to jump and croutch and croutch jump and look in a few directions.

• Tips to kill enemies

Menials
These are the most human-looking of the Chimera, and also the easiest to deal. They walk toward you slowly and when they get close enough, they grab and bite you. The idea is to shoot them before the get close. If they do happen to grab on, shake SIX-AXIS controller and Hale will throw them off. Once you get the sapper, laying down bio-mines for them to walk into works
just fine.

Leapers and Rollers
Fighting against these creepy guys will give you the heebie-jeebies. You can do the rolling leaping math to figure out what they actually do. They like to flood in from nowhere and surprise you. Remember to back peddle and keep them all in front of you. Any gun will work, but the best is always the shotgun. The sapper will help you out with these guys as well.

Hybrids
You'll find these guys everywhere throughout the game. They have the basic cooling unit on their back and they also carry around the Bullseye weapon. A healthy diet of bullets and grenades will take these guys down. Some will get aggressive when you least expect, so watch out.

Steelheads
These guys have much more armor than the Hybrids, and they carry around an Auger. Yeah, it can shoot through walls, but you'll have it to, so you can give them a taste of their own medicine. Sometimes you'll throw a grenade at these guys and they'll take the hit and get back up. A double-shot of the shot gun to the face should knock them down. And the Air Fuel grenade should serve him up dark and crispy.

Hardfangs
I thought these guys were Steelheads when I first saw them. But then they hit me with that Arc Charger and I found out otherwise. Treat them as you would the Steelheads and show no mercy. The shotgun will always do a good job of putting these merciless creatures in their place.

Advanced Hybrids
You won't see these guys until later in the game. When you do, they're carrying around that Bullseye Mark II that deals a lot of damage. Take these guys as fast as possible. You don't want them overwhelming you because that could spell danger. They look a little skinnier than Hybrids with more armor. They look creepier than they really are.

Howlers
Are they dogs? Are they bears? When they get to you it won't matter. Just don't let those claws get to you, and put you out your mind. A few shotgun blasts to the face should calm Fido down.

Slipskulls
These jerks are hard to hit. They jump from wall to wall, zeroing in with their laser pointer, trying to shoot you. I like using the Bullseye on them. Wherever they jump to, that tag will make sure the bullets reach them, and that's all you need.

Gray Jacks
These guys look like Slipskulls that have been stretched out and made to look abnormally tall. I don't really where "gray" enter into the equation because they look brown to me. But these guys aren't too dangerous. The shotgun will lay them down quick. There's one point where a stage is set-up to make these guys look like bosses and you're supposed to be all scared.
Don't trip. Just aim for the face.

Titan
He's just an overgrown bully. He's huge with no armor, but thick skin. If you walk in front of him he'll pound you into the afterlife. And yes, you do want to avoid those fireballs he shoots, as they will make you very sorry you ever when up against him. But three clips of ammo from the Bullseye should lay him down.

Stalker and Goliath
Ahh, the Stalker. This mechanical monstrosity is your worst enemy when you fight it, but you'll love it when you're driving one. And who can forget its bigger cousin, the Goliath that takes more damage that anything in the game? Just know that when it's time to take down a Stalker, you want to get behind it and fire at the power core. Rockets in the face help out too. The
Goliath on the other hand will die at the hands of Stalker you control. Just remember to hit that X BUTTON to make quick dashes to avoiding get hit.

Widowmakers
I hate these guys! They're huge giant spiders that happen to be powerful and fast. You can't hope to line them up for an accurate shot from the rocket launcher without risking them shooting that acidic explosive at you and chopping away at your health meter. I suggest using the Bullseye to tag them and run for cover, blasting all the way to safety.

Angel
These guys are creepy! And if you let them line you up for a shot of their poison cloud or spikes, they'll show you why they're so feared. They glide in the air like ghost which really has a chilling impact on the atmosphere. Don't take time to appreciate their beauty. Just tag them with the Bullseye and run. You can think about what they looked like after they're dead.

Reapers
Location found: "The Gauntlet" (A1) just inside the front door of the house that you enter at the bottom of the hill after defeating the Hybrids that are guarding it.

Backlash Grenades
Location found: "The Cathedral" (C2) when you pass through the Cathedral and out the other side, these are in the building where you knock the Hybridoff the platform. They are in the room on the left as soon as you enter the building.

Arc Charger
Location found: "No Way Out" (E1) in the hallway where you first meet theSlipskulls, down in front of the gate where you see the Burrower blast through the walls.

L11-2 Dragon
Location found: "Devil at the Door" (G1) inside the small bunker at theend of the path full of Radial Mines.

Splitter

• Wall of fire

Play any level in Co-op or Multiplayer mode. Have one player create a shield with the Auger gun (L1). Then have the other player charge a fireball with the flamethrower gun. Once the shield is in place, shoot the fireball at the shield. The shield will set on fire, but when it disappears the fire will stay in the air. The fire is still deadly and can be used to kill enemies.
