• 3D mode

Successfully complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting.

• Alternate costumes

Collecting three action figures in a level play to start a challenge against a Wolverine in an alternate costume. Defeat him to unlock the corresponding costume for use.

Blue/yellow Classic Wolverine: Defeat Classic Wolverine in his challenge.
Brown/yellow Legendary Wolverine: Defeat Legendary Wolverine in his challenge.
X-Force Wolverine: Defeat X-Force Wolverine in his challenge.

• Alternate music during fight with Victor Creed

When you are fighting Victor Creed (Sabertooth, your brother), pick him up, and throw him at the jukebox that is at the top right corner of the room (It will glow green during Feral Sense) Some music will play for a short while. And although when Victor smashes against it, and it appears to fully break, it seems that it auto repairs itself, and you can do it again, and again.

• Crash Bandicoot reference

In the first level, just before you find the helicopter, you will have to push a wall down on three enemies. Two of them will get crushed. The last will start saying something like "me alive, me alive" before wolverine jumps down on him (notice the enemies big eyes) This is a reference to the Crash Bandicoot series, when either Crash, Neo, or a random enemy will say that line, before something comes down on them. They also have those eyes in the Crash games.

• Easy "Found!" trophy

After you crash the jeep on the first level and continue, you reach an area with a barricaded gate. Climb over the rocks and go in. Defeat the enemies. Look for some boards over a small doorway off on one of the areas. Slice them up and enter to find the hatch on the ground near the back corner.

• Easy "The Cake" trophy

There is a part in the Sentinel factory where you must freeze yourself to get past a heat detector. Move a teleporter all the way to the right. It will go through the wall and enter a secret room. Teleport there to collect the cake that is inside.

• Easy "Thread the Needle" trophy

When falling during the Boss battle with the Sentinel, destroy the second turbine on the Sentinel's back. Fly through the large O-ring that falls off at the correct moment.

• Easy "WoW!" trophy

Go to the Alkali Lake section of the Frozen Tundra (before the Agent Zero fight). Immediately after the long road section with the shield troops is a fallen tree. Enter the forest that leads to a cave. Inside will be the sword and skeleton. Collect up the mutagen.

• Faster enemy reflex

While playing the game, press X(2), Square(2), Triangle(2), Circle(2), Triangle(2), Square(2), X(2), R3. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. You will gain double reflex with every kill. Note: This code prevents trophies from being unlocked. To prevent this from happening, enable the code, then quit to the main menu. Select "Continue" or "Replay Mission", and you will now be able to unlock trophies with the code enabled.

• Hard difficulty

Successfully complete the game.

• Immortality

While playing the game, press Square, X(2), Square, Triangle(2), Square, Circle(2), Square, R3. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Although you will lose health you cannot die. Note: This code prevents trophies from being unlocked. To prevent this from happening, enable the code, then quit to the main menu. Select "Continue" or "Replay Mission", and you will now be able to unlock trophies with the code enabled.

• Lost reference

The mysterious hatch is a reference to Lost. The hatch is the one from the end of the first series.

• Portal reference

The Cake is a reference to Portal "The Cake is a lie".

Spillway Escape (Bronze)	Escapes from Weapon X.
Stick Around (Bronze)	Impaled Victor Creed outside the Bar.
Threading the Needle (Bronze)	Flew through the O ring in the Sentinel Boss Battle.
The Village (Silver)	Completed the Jungle Mission.
The Dead Pool (Gold)	Defeated Weapon 11 (Deadpool).

Environmentally Friendly (Bronze)	Killed 10 enemies using objects in the environment.

Fully Loaded (Bronze)	Maxed out all upgrades.

• Wolverine's classic yellow and blue costume

Press X, Square, Circle, X, Triangle, X, Triangle, X, Square, Circle, Circle, Square, R3 during game play while Wolverine is on screen and controllable. Then, exit to the main menu and switch costumes.

• World Of Warcraft reference

The WoW! trophy is a reference to World Of Warcraft. "You feel a cold as you examine the sword and skeleton. A rustle of wind in the trees faintly echoes the name Arthas"
