• All pistol disarms in Chapter 1

When you start the level, a man will appear and try to shoot you. Lock on to him and use your dog (Shadow) to kill him. Shadow will bring his gun to you. When you kill him, another man by a crane will start to shoot. Lock on to him and shoot him with the gun you received. When you kill him, some pipes will fall down, making it appear as if you cannot get through. However, you can. Immediately when you enter, a man will come up behind you and say "Drop it!". You will throw down your weapon and turn around. When you turn around, you will not be able to move anymore --this will make it easier. You will be prompted to press Circle to disarm him. You can either do that, or do it with the Analog-stick. To get all of them, keep doing the level over or try it the old fashioned way.

• Chapter Select

At the main menu with the "New Game" option, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right(2), Y, X(2). If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a scream. Then, press Down at the "Press Start" screen until the level selection option appears.

• Defeating Enemies Easily

The best way to defeat enemies is your best friend....shadow! Try to stay in a safe spot and keep low by pressing "L". Target the enemy by pressing "R" and Press "A"! Keep using this technique. If you lose cover while hiding, Tap "Y" real quick in the opposite direction of the enemy. This also works when you are without a gun.

• Defeating people without guns

To defeat people that do not have guns easier, keep blocking and dodging. If you do not dodge, you will still get hurt. When you are in the prison, you will learn how to reverse a grab. This allows you to avoid getting hurt when they grab you. When you reverse the grab, you will throw their arms in the air. This will leave them open to attack (punch, kick, grab, etc.). However, they can still block.

• Defeating Sickle

Although it's not easy, Sickle seems to be allergic to straight punch combos. Immediately start off with a punch combo. When he gets up, try it again. If he dodges your attack, wait until he's finished and then start a punch combo again. Run around the room a lot. Sickle can't be thrown that easily and it's best to avoid that route unless you get lucky. Dodge or block when necessary, but don't rely on it too much as Sickle can grab you when you are blocking.

• Defeating Tattoo

Tattoo happens to have two henchman who are invincible. Ignore them and focus all of your attention on Tattoo. Immediately start off with a punch combo and then run to the other side of the room. Once on the other side of the room, reposition the camera (by pressing Black button twice) and watch for Tattoo. If you can get him alone, take him on with a punch or kick combo. He is more susceptible to throws than Sickle. Once he is down, retreat to the other side of the room and repeat the process. There are two full Healths in the opposite corners of the room where the laundry baskets are. Make sure you have enough time to get in and out of there without getting trapped. Use the Dive if you have to get by Tattoo or the henchman. This is an extremely difficult boss battle due to the two invincible henchman. Just remember to be patient and wait for the perfect opportunity to attack Tattoo.

• Destroying the clown van in the cemetery

Use the canisters that explode and drop one on either side of the gate, in the corner between the wall and the gate. Do not throw it. Walk away and shoot the canister. Repeat the process until the van is destroyed. This may take a while, but it works.

• Fahook uses bottle in Chapter 14

After defeating Fahook once he goes into the back of the plane, when you get him very low on life he will drink from his bottle. At this time you should shoot the bottle out of his hands before he gains too much life. Doing this three or four times will destroy his bottle. Finish off his remaining life points and watch the intermission sequence. Use the manual aiming to shoot things. When you are on manual, you can aim at the bottle. You will need to do this three or four times. When the bottle is shot off Fahook, you need to make Fahook go near the open back part of the airplane. Once there, shoot him and Fahook will fall off and die.

• Faster Button Tapping When Fighting Mayor Pennacle

If you reposition your fingers over the A&B buttons, you can beat him in like a few minutes with no problem. Use your index finger to hit the A button and your "Bird" finger to hit the B button and you should be able to do it much quicker.

• Flaming Fisted Man warning

After defeating Flaming Fisted Man, the game restarts itself. This does not allow you to save your game, meaning that you either start a new game or continue fighting Flaming Fist Man repeatedly.

• Getting Out Of Cells Easier

When trying to get out of cells which have Health, press Y to dive out of the door. This usually lets you fly by any thugs coming into the door.

• How To Unlock All Chapters

Go to the Press Start screen then go to the "New Game" screen. Now press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Right, Y, X, X.

• Instant Camera Repositioning

The games camera has a tendency to give you the worst possible viewing angle at times. In this instances, simply press the Black button twice to postion the camera behind Jack's back.

• Killing Flamethrower Guy

If you wanna kill him but your having a problem killing everyone else, first you have to shoot him many times with the mark (use all ammo), then get a Spas which is somewhere on the ground, then you go behind the huge circle thing to get heath. He'll follow you and when he does, turn around and hold down Y (slow dive like the matrix) and shoot with the spas in the air and when you land and hes not dead, shoot all of your other weapons at him while moving in circles so he doesnt hit you.

• Ledge in mine in Chapter 3

If you are having trouble getting across the ledge in the mine after the prison break, go to the wall with the ledge and enter "wall mode". You will scoot across and will not perish in a darkened abyss.

• Mini Games

Successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock the mini-games.

• One Shot Kill

At the New game screen press Down, Up, Y(2), X.

• Prisoners in Hallways

If you don't want to waste health, ignore the prisoners in the hallways who will attack you. Simply run by them and get to the next gate.

• Spine break in Chapter 3

When you are locked up "Iron Point" and are walking around in the hall only two or three people will be around. One of them will run up to you and say something. When you run away, they start to walk away. As they walk away you can go in back of them and do the grab. However, they move too much and you will end up breaking their back.

• View All Movies

Every time you beat a chapter you get a movie. So if you want to watch all the movies beat the game and when you want to watch the movie/scene over again for some reason like you really liked that scene or some annoying person called you right then. After you beat the game at the main menu go scroll down until you get to where it says "chapters" and select that.

• Voice access in Chapter 13

Kill one of the men that has green on. You will see a man in yellow walk out in the open and run back. After a moment, the man in the yellow will run over to you. When he does this, and grab him. If another man runs with him, kill him and leave the man in yellow alive. Take him to give the voice authorization and you will be able to open gate. When you go over to the gate, a lot of men will be there. An easy way to kill all of them is to run up to them and grab one as a shield. The man you grab will get killed quickly. Keep doing this until only one person remains.
