Notice that on all tracks there are skid marks (darker tarmac) before turns and fast bends. When you approach the darker tarmac, hit the brakes and make a concentrated, cleaner turn. This will ensure a faster time and less mistakes. [Report]Like a particular color on your wheels? When you are on Xbox Live either host or join a game. Then select the car you want to change the color of (example, Porsche 911 GT1 white). Then select a car from another class and in the color you want (example, Golf R32 blue). Hit the red button (B) until you get to the screen that says Single Player, go into Kudos Challenge and go to the area where your first car is (the Porsche 911 GT1 white in the example) and hit the green button (A) until you get to the screen with the little picture of the car on the top right of the screen. Now go back into your created game of join a game on xbox live and your car will the be color you chose. (the example Porsche 911 GT1 white will now be blue). [Report]When playing cone challenges, remember that it is all about the Kudos. If you look at the top ten ghosts of the Cone Challenge, you will see that people do not complete them fairly. They blatantly cheat by doing many, donuts, slides, and cone gates to accumulate the points. Even though this is not completely fair, it is also not that easy. [Report]You can hear your own Xbox ripped music while driving. You must have music already copied to your hard drive. Go to the Options menu and go to PGR 2 Custom Soundtrack, Press L or R to scroll through soundtracks. Pick a song and then add it. [Report] | [Dave]Play in multi-player mode. Choose the Washington D.C. Capitol Thrill track. Use two Ford GTs and put each of them at the end of the straight away, including the slight turn. Start at the same time and ram each other at full throttle. One of the cars should go flying and the other should stay on the ground, but on their front two wheels. The car will sink into the ground and appear with the sky surrounding you. The controller will vibrate the entire time. Pause the game and go to "Quit". When asked to confirm your choice, part of the screen that is under your car will go black and reveal that you are on a building. [Report]While choosing a car in PGR2 hit right to select "garage". Once you are in the garage hit Y and look around for an area that has shelves with tires and rims around it. Go to that area and look for an arcade machine. When you get close to it hit A as if you were selecting a car. It will then go into an "old school" type of arcade game called geometry wars. The Controls: Left analog stick: steer in direction you point Right analog stick: shoot in direction you point L or R: Use bomb [Report]There seems to be a loop hole to get great combo bonuses. Unlike the original Project Gotham Racing, this game allows you to go through the cone gates twice. You can go through either forwards or backwards, and hence build up your combo bonuses. [Report]Use the handbrake when going around a turn. [Report] | [Dave]To get music in Geometry Wars simply do the following: 1: Get into Geometry Wars. (Go into the garage, walk up to the arcade machine and press the ''A'' button) 2: Press the ''B'' button once. 3: Now here comes the tricky part as it requires a little timing. Press the ''A'' button again so you are back into the garage. Now, wait about half a second then get back into Geometry Wars. The music from the stereo should now be playing in the background. [Report]Go to the garage and press Y to walk around. Go to the arcade machine to left of the garage door (where the wheels and filing cabinets are). Press A to play the arcade game. The game is called "Geometry Wars". Here are the controls for the game: Move: Left Analog Stick Shoot: Right Analog Stick Bomb: R [Report] | [Dave]Select the Porsche 959 with a manual transmission. Get the car up to top RPMs in first gear. Turn hard to the left and throw it into reverse. As soon as it is in reverse, accelerate in reverse quickly. Hold the accelerator and the car should spin wildly. This takes several tries to get it to work at its best, but you can get the car to spin like a tornado forever if done properly. [Report]Enter multi-player mode and select the Nurburgring track while it is raining. Race in a Yellow Ferrari F40 and a Yellow Ferrari 250 GTO. You will start on a large straight away. From there, have the Ferrari F40 will turn around and go the wrong way while the Ferrari 250 GTO drives the correct way. Once at opposite ends, turn around a race down the straight away at each other and collide. You will need to get a lot of speed. Once you collide with each other one of the cars will hopefully be hurled into the air. This may not work the first time, keep trying until it does. Play the St. Basil's track and race down around the hairpin turn and up to the drop followed by the hard right. Have one car turn around and face the opposite direction around the track then back up and drive forward to stay solid. If you do not do this, your car will be invisible and this glitch will not work. Have other cars one at a time start at the end of the hairpin and go down the straight, headed for the other car. The car on the drop will need to time this perfectly to drive up the hill some distance to hit underneath your car and send you flying. Once airborne, turn hard to the right so that when you hit you will spin out. Pull donuts and slides all over the other straight to get huge combos. Go into Extreme Series and select either the KZ 1 or the F-40. Race at Washington D.C. up and over the novice setting. When the race begins, stay in last, go down to turn one, and do a 180. Back your car up to the wall and wait until the other cars come around the track on the map about halfway through the straight coming to last turn at the top of hill before start/finish line. Accelerate, and if timed correctly you can hit a car head on towards the top of the hill. You will go up into the air to the limits of the game, which is over the tops of the buildings. This works with both cars. If you finish the race you can save the glitch on replay. [Report]
[Report]You can unlock the Enzo and any other car by going into the showroom and when you see the locked 5 bonus car just walk around the room and you'll see two halls full of every car in the game! [Report] | [Christopher]When you go into the showroom there are 5 cars under tarps in the bonus area that you cant even test drive. Each car is unlocked by how well you complete the game.
