Accumulate 800,000 Command Points.

• Get 3rd Hidden VT

Accumulate 10 Medals.

• Get Full Screen Mode

Accumulate 550,000 Command Points.

• Get No Fall Mode for VT

Finish the game using Desperado Mode. Now during gameplay press the "hatch" & "Start" buttons and the VT will not fall.

• How to unlock Hidden VT

On mission 7 or 17, go to the 2nd floor of the base. Then move to the small room located on the left and kill the enemy inside. Look near the back of the room for a box and get the transmission. Finish the level and the Hidden VT is yours.
