During this mission you must get two nuke suitcases from a sawmill in Africa. Foley can be found in a building under interrogation. Rescue him to unlock the achievement. Note: He must remain alive until the mission ends.
Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding upgrade for the indicated character. The newly unlocked upgrade can be used in any replayed mission.
