Unlock 4th Weapon
This is the same principle as any other "Empires" game. Get your weaponsmith, either of the three; or all of them, up to level five and then enter any battle and kill at least 500 people.

Unlock Annex
Unlock 100 officers.

Unlock Officer Death
Unlock 50 weapons.

Unlock Officer Limit
Unlock 50 policy cards.

Unlock Time Limit
Clear Empire Mode.
