Do you hate dying all the time when you fight the Emerald Weapon? Well, here is a way of beating him. First off, you need a gold chocobo, which isn't that hard to get. The reason why is because you need Knights of the Round. Now you need to pair certain materia up; these are the combonations: Knights of the Round with Hp absorb, Counter with Mime (note:counter is a blue materia not Counter Attack, which is purple), and final attack with Pheonix. You should probably have this on cloud with some Hp pluses on, so you have 9999 HP. Now, also, make sure you have some Hero Drinks as well. Another thing you should do is have Cloud's limit break up. When you use a hero drink, make the person who's up before Cloud do this. Then, mime it so you did Hero Drink twice. Now you use Omnislash on Emerald. After this, use Knights of the Round. Now, whenever you get hit, he will counter with mime, which does Knights of the Round. Also, make sure that Counter is at 4 stars, Final Attack at 3, Pheonix at 3, and Knights of the Round at 2. To defeat the Emerald Weapon quicker, put W-Summon on along with the other materia. Also, for your knowledge, the Emerald Weapon has around 1,000,000 HP, so be prepared. | Submitted by LoganRunyan
